MVLL Fall Baseball Registration Fee Payment

As a reminder, registration for Fall Ball is not complete until we receive the registration form with medical release information, and payment is completed.

1. Completion of the 2025 Registration Form is available only as an Online Form. There is no hardcopy form to use. Also, there are no in-person registration events for Fall Ball.
2. Online Payment is accepted using PayPal. A PayPal account is not needed. PayPal accepts credit cards.
3. The Registration Fee is $150 per player for all divisions. There are no sibling discounts. There are no fee waivers available.
4. Completion of a Medical Release Form is no longer a separate form. Emergency contact information and medical information is now part of the online registration process. Your team manager will request a parent/guardian signature be provided on a printed medical release form at the start of the season.
